How long does it take to get my sign?

Once you place your order, it usually takes our designer 1-2 business days to get your proof.

Once you approve the proof, if you did not pay at the time of the order, a payment link will be sent to you.

Once we receive payment, the order will go into production. This can take 3-4 business days. We do not offer rushes.

Design Process

After you place your order, look for an email asking you to review your proof.

Your "proof" is a preview of what your printed sign will look like.

When reviewing the proof, double-check spelling, phone numbers, and the correct Agency branch. If you have any feedback, reply in the form and our designer will make edits.

Once you approve, we need payment to move to production. Check your email for a payment link (only if didn't pay at the time of your order). We suggest paying at the time of the order to get your sign into production faster.

Shipping & Store Pickup

You are given the choice of picking up your order at our location or having the sign shipped.

Shipping can add another 3-4 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
